Gatsby Glass of Plano

I moved into a new house with an open concept floor plan-- not ideal for an attorney home office. I wanted something stylish but partitioned my office from the foyer. I called around to multiple places. Gatsby came in the cheapest, was always mindful of costs, and presented multiple options. John was a great communicator and obviously cares about his business and product. Once the deposit was paid, everything was done and installed within a week to my specifications and request. It is beautiful, high quality, and the hinges are soft. We needed help with additional soundproofing and he assisted us at no additional cost. Absolutely zero drama.

I am very satisfied with their professional service. I had five glass doors, and one of them was broken. I searched online, but no company was able to make a replacement glass panel that would exactly match the other four. This company has specialized equipment that can accurately detect the glass color, Low-E coating, thickness, and other specifications. Thanks to this technology, the new glass they made matches the other doors perfectly—I cannot see any difference after installation. Their installation team was friendly, professional, and efficient. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend their service.

My dog ran into my arched mirror and knocked it over, shattering it. Gatsby glass picked up the mirror, replaced the glass, and delivered it back to my house for a reasonable price, less than what I had been quoted by other places. They replaced it with a sturdier glass and it looks great. John was very easy to work with and made the process super convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Gatsby glass again if needed!

Gatsby Glass has been our glass supplier at Stingray for several years. They are reliable and easy to work with. Mandy is very helpful, and their crew consistently delivers and installs our glass items professionally and on time. We will continue using them for future projects.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Gatsby Glass of Plano for two separate projects: the installation of a custom wall mirror and a new study door. The results are phenomenal, and the professionalism of the entire team made the process completely seamless. First, John, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with. He provided clear, straightforward guidance and ensured we were comfortable with the entire scope of work. It’s clear that his commitment to quality sets the tone for the whole company. Second, I cannot say enough about the installation crew, specifically Jose and Denis. These gentlemen are truly outstanding professionals. They were respectful of our home, demonstrated solid knowledge of the materials, and their customer service skills were top-notch. Their attention to detail on both the delicate complex wall mirror and the structural study door was amazing, ensuring everything was perfectly measured and installed. If you are looking for high-quality glass installation and a team that genuinely cares about the finished product and the customer experience, look no further than Gatsby Glass of Plano. Highly recommend John and his incredibly capable crew!
